Ibanez APEX100 TFB Korn Munky Signature in Tri Fade Burst

The APEX100 is a seven-string solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2011. It is a signature guitar created for James “Munky” Shaffer, guitarist for the American band Korn. It is the third model in the APEX series, and replaced the APEX1.

The APEX100 has more of a vintage style than the APEX1. It features an

.

Shaffer’s other signature model, the APEX2 with a fixed bridge, returned unchanged for 2011. The APEX100 was superseded by the APEX200 for 2014.
