1997 Greco Japan WP-650 “Wild Pecker” Superstrat (Natural Ash)

Made in Japan by Greco in the mid 1990’s as part of their strangely named “Wild Pecker” series, the WP-650 features a lightly oiled Light Ash body with a slim maple neck with a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length, 13.75″ radius) and weighs 3.1kg’s. The “Slice Heel” contoured neck joint gives full access and the GF-III bridge gives you all the dive bombs you could want.

Loaded with the original high output pickups (Greco TBH mini humbucker in the neck, a Greco Natural Twitter single coil in the middle and a Greco X-TRA in the bridge) with a 5-way pickup selector and master volume/tone controls with a coil split push pull pot.

Good used condition as pictured, given a basic service prior to listing and plays well with polished frets and a straight neck with a fully functional truss.
