1991 Fender Japan ’62 Reissue “Custom Made” Stratocaster (Dark Turquoise)

Made by the Fujigen factory in 1991, this was a “Custom Made” Stratocaster that was a one-off build ordered to a customers specs by an order placed to Fender Japan. With a ’62 reissue neck bolted to an ash body that wears an aftermarket dark turquoise refinish, it weighs 3.4kg’s. The pickguard, pickups, pots, switch, backplate, output plate, output jack and trem claw were all replaced prior to it arriving to us and are all generic parts that fit well and suit the guitar perfectly.

Good vintage condition as pictured and was given a full professional setup prior to listing. The finish is a reasonable job with some amateur wear, looks great as it sits or would shine if stripped back to raw ash. The neck is straight and the truss works well, the frets are worn but still have life and play well.
