1990 Orville Japan MM-65 Melody Maker (Fire Engine Red)

Made in 1990, the MM-65 Melody Maker is the only Melody Maker model ever licenced by Gibson to be made in Japan and is one of the rarer Orville designs. Mahogany body with a slim 60’s profile mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard, it weighs 3.2kg’s. Loaded with the original Japanese humbucker and hardware/tuners, it appears to be all original.

A previous owner has given this one the relic treatment and there’s a very removeable sticker on the top of the body, no breaks or repairs though. The neck is straight and the frets are shiny with plenty of life left, the truss works as it should.
