1989 Greco Japan SJR63-60 ’63 Reissue SG Junior w/Seymour Duncan (Cherry Red)

Made in Japan by the Fujigen factory in 1989, the SJR63-60 was a ’63 Reissue SG Junior. This one has been modified from it’s original setup and now features a Seymour Duncan P-Rail Humbucker with a “spin-a-split” on the tone pot to blend in the second coil, giving you the power of both humbucker and P90 tones in one. The previous owner also installed a new pickguard and a set of Gibson Deluxe tuners. Solid mahogany body with a slim 60’s mahogany neck, it weighs 2.7kg’s.

Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, it’s got a nice straight neck and low action with a fully functional truss. The frets are shiny and smooth with some light wear and plenty of life left.
