1988 Fender Japan TLG80-60 Vintage Telecaster (Black & Gold)

A Telecaster made by the famous Fujigen factory in fairly limited numbers over the years, the TLG80 was a very classy model from Fender Japan. Based on the USA-made 1980 Fender Telecaster design, these were made with a Basswood body, painted maple neck and a dark Rosewood fingerboard (7.25″ radius, 43mm nut width), this one weighs 3.5kg’s. Full gold hardware loadout with an ashtray-style bridge, Japanese made tuners and the original TL-SINGLE pickups.

Appears to be all original and is in very clean condition for a 30+ year old guitar.

Received a full professional setup and service prior to listing, the frets are clean with some light pitting but plenty of life, truss works well and the neck is straight.
