1988 Fender Japan ST54 ’54 Reissue Vintage Stratocaster (Black)

Made by the Fujigen factory in the late 1980’s. This ST54 model was the base model ’54 reissue from Fender Japan.
Basswood body with a maple neck shaped with the classic ’54 slim V neck profile (7.25″ radius, 43mm nut, 648mm scale length), it weighs 3.2kg’s. Seems all original with a factory 5-way switch, Japanese ST-VINTAGE single coils, a die-cast bridge, vintage style tuners and Fender stamped saddles.
Good overall condition with some fairly heavy wear to the fretboard but no other real cosmetic issues. The frets were polished and are shiny and smooth, the neck is straight and the truss adjusts freely.
