1984 Yamaha Japan LP500 Lord Player Les Paul Standard (Cherry Sunburst)

Made in Japan by Yamaha in the mid 1980’s, the LP-500 was the mid tier level Les Paul model sold to the Japanese market featuring the full Gibson aesthetic. Mahogany body with a maple top and cherry sunburst finish, set mahogany neck with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (13.75″ radius, slim 60’s profile), weighs 4.2kg’s. Yamaha Alnico V humbuckers with Kluson-style vintage tuners, it appears all original.

Restrung and given a service prior to listing, the neck is in good condition and the truss works as it should. The frets have some light wear but are shiny and play smoothly as they are.
