1984 Greco Japan SS-600 “Super Real” ’75 Reissue SG (Wine Red)

Made in Japan in early 1984, the Greco SS-600 “Super Real” was a reissue of the classic late 70’s Gibson SG. Wine Red finish on a solid beveled mahogany body set to a slim 60’s style mahogany neck and a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (12″ radius, 43mm nut width), it weighs 3kg’s. Looks to be almost all original including Greco branded tuners, a harmonica style bridge, Maxon Screamin’ humbuckers and Japanese wiring with some replacement knobs.

Plenty of cosmetic wear from general use but no breaks or repairs. The frets are shiny and smooth with light wear and pitting in spots but still plenty of life left. The neck is straight and the truss adjusts as it should.
