1984 Fresher Japan FS-3 Contemporary HH Stratocaster (Black)

Fresher guitars were built in the famous Matsumoto region of Japan throughout the 1970’s and 1980’s and were sold by Kyowa (responsible for importing Charvel, Jackson, Takamine etc).

Made in the middle of the Ibanez/Jackson boom of the 80’s, the FS-3 is a solid body “Contemporary” Stratocaster with a 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (648mm scale length), this one weighs 3.7kg’s. Passive HH humbuckers with a volume/tone knob and three-way pickup selector, it appears to be all original.

Good used condition as pictured, given a full setup and service prior to listing. The neck is straight and the frets are shiny and smooth with plenty of life left.
