1980’s Burny TV-55 Les Paul Junior DC (TV Yellow)

Made in Japan in the late 1980’s, the TV-55 was Burny’s version of the Gibson Les Paul Jr DC. Solid mahogany body with a slim 60’s mahogany neck and 22 fret rosewood fingerboard (10″ radius, 42mm nut width), it weighs 3.8kg’s. Loaded with the original electronics and machine heads with an upgraded bridge along with some small holes where it looks like it was converted to a string-through at one point.

Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, it’s got a nice straight neck and low action with a fully functional truss. The frets are shiny and smooth with some light wear and plenty of life left.
