1979 Greco Original GOBII750 Double Cutaway Fretless Neckthrough Bass (Stained Brown)

Designed in the late 1970’s to compete with the Ibanez Musician and Studio series basses, the Greco GOBII (Greco Original Bass) was an update to the first GOB designs.

Built with walnut stained ash wings and a maple/walnut neck-through construction along with a de-fretted rosewood fingerboard. Loaded with the original

Maxon pickup along with an aftermarket blade single coil in the bridge position with master volume/tone controls. 41mm nut width and a 34 scale length with 24 frets, it weighs 4.2kg’s.

Good vintage condition as pictured with some general wear and tear but no breaks or repairs. Given a full professional setup and service prior to listing including a fretboard oil, truss adjustment and restring with flatwounds.
