1977 Greco Japan EG-600B Les Paul Custom (Ebony)

Made by the Fujigen factory in 1977, the EG-600B was a ’60’s style Les Paul Custom model sold by Greco. Full Gibson aesthetic with an open book headstock and split-trap inlay, it’s built with a mahogany body, maple top, slim 60’s neck profile, a bound rosewood fingerboard and weighs a reasonable 4.2kg’s. Loaded with original Maxon branded humbuckers, Greco branded tuners and Japanese hardware, it looks to have had the bridge/tailpiece changed at some point along with four brand new Alpha pots.

Good overall vintage condition with some dings and blemishes. Given a full professional setup prior to listing including a fret polish, fretboard oil and truss adjustment, the frets have some playwear but still have life left and play smoothly.
